No. These activities can constitute regulated personal care and are outside the service we currently provide.
Night sitting provides overnight companionship, reassurance and a non-clinical supportive presence. It does not include personal care, nursing, clinical monitoring or an emergency response service.
Our current medication service is limited to agreed reminders. We do not select doses, dispense medicines, change medication, provide clinical medication management or administer medicines as part of our advertised service.
Yes, where the person’s needs remain within our non-regulated service scope. We can provide companionship, reassurance and agreed practical support while a family member or usual carer takes a break.
Our service is designed for adults aged 18+ who would benefit from practical everyday support, companionship or help staying connected with their community.
Yes. Support can be arranged around several everyday needs, provided each task remains within the scope of our non-regulated service.
Yes. Oxford Healthcare Services has a long-term vision to expand into regulated home care and personal care services. We will only provide CQC-regulated activities once the appropriate registration has been obtained.
